  The lady (i use that term loosely) is so rude. The guys are helpful but from now on i will go to capalaba if i need customer service. The Wynnum store needs to get rid of her. She is detrimental to that store.

  Have literally spent hours at this store trying to resolve issues that one employee created. On every occasion the employee promised the world and under delivered. When asked to correct his mistakes the employee wasted another few hours of my time before saying he'd need to speak to his manager to get the changes approved several weeks later and Peter still hasn't kept up his end of the bargain nor contacted me as promised to explain anything.

  If it was possible I would give no stars. The most arrogant and incompetent staff members ever experienced at a telstra store. Total lack of professionalism. Shouldn't matter that they are a franchise they should respond in a manner that assists all telstra customers. 3 visits over 6 months to fix their mistakes and I have been given completely different information each time and then today was told they can't do anything to assist and never could. Today's experience was the worst. The man who served us after waiting an hour managed to take arrogance to a new level. The store manager who is never available should be ashamed of her store and staff. Telstra needs to do a full store review of this franchise they are damaging the telstra reputation even further.

  Excellent Service! After wasting my time at the Capalaba store (who caused my problem) for what I was told "only 20 minutes wait" to then an hour and 15 minutes later "shouldn't be too much longer". I then travelled to Wynnum Plaza and although was very frustrated and showed this at the door, I was calmed down and spoken to like a real person not a number. Tennille, the new manager, took the time to listen to what had happened at Capalaba and explained to me in terms I could understand how she could go about fixing it. She is truly an asset to Telstra and I will definitely be making the trip to Wynnum more often to do all my business here from now on!

  Very bad service, went in store today to be greeted with what do you want by an employee named ASH, who continued to give attitude when i was asking to rectify a problem with my account which ive had unresolved for the last 10 mths, previously i had spoke to the manager of the store who was very helpful but sadly this is not the case with her emplyee, i will avoid this store from now on and i suggest anyone out there looking for goid customer service, please go elsewhere
