  Saturday comes and that money is still not showing. So disappointed never will I go there again is this what they do to the poor elderly.

  I went there yesterday to deposit some money and instead of handing it over the counter the lady said let's go outside and deposit it through the ATM and it will show in your bank in a couple of hours.

  Customer service was terrible. On Tues 15Aug2017 my wife went to get $300.00 in change for a fundraiser, as we have accounts with Commonwealth Bank. The teller had no bag for the money and offered no solution. My wife suggested getting a bag from the car but the teller complained about having to recount the money on her return so my wife had to put $300.00 of change in her hand bag!! My wife was visibly upset when she got home. Please review the teller's customer service training as it needs to be improved. We won't be going back as the customer service in Wynnum central is far better.

  I have been to this bank on 3 occasions now and it had the most unhelpful customer service I have ever seen for a bank.
